Fans have been eagerly waiting to watch the film as it will be the Tamil star’s last cinematic appearance as he pursues his career as a full-fledged politician. Expressing their disappointment over the news, they also shared their support with the actor.The film’s production house shared an official statement on social media. They explained that the postponement happened due to unavoidable reasons beyond their control. They also assured fans that a new release date would be announced soon. The team requested patience and continued support from the audience. Fans took to social media to share their support. On X (formerly Twitter) wrote, “This is not the start(first ) and this is not the End. Thalapathy always face this, they think we are struggling but we are just enjoying it and that makes us even stronger. @actorvijay.” Anther wrote, “Will join ours hands together!!!”.
