The trailer of actor Kaali Venkat-starrer 'Kurangu Pedal', which is set to hit the screens on May 3, 2024 had been released. The film directed by Kamala Kannan is based on Rasi Azhagappan's short story.
The film also stars Santhosh Velumurugan, VR. Ragavan, M. Gnanasekar, Rathish, and Sai Ganesh in pivotal role. Actor Sivakarthikeyan, who has also produced the film under his Sivakarthikeyan Productions, released the trailer through his social networking page.
Inspired by the short story "Cycle" penned by the talented Rasi Azhagappan, this film is said to be a poignant exploration of family dynamics and the pursuit of dreams. This heart-warming tale delves into the bond between a determined son, Maariappan, eager to master the art of cycling, and his father, played by Kaali Venkat. Prasanna Balachander and Jenson Diwakar, known for their work with Nakkalites, are also part of the film.
