We told you that television actress
Vani Bhojan will be making her Kollywood debut with
Lokesh Kumar’s N4. The cast of the film — which narrates the intriguing things which take place in a locality called N4 in Kasimedu — has another addition,
Kalaiyarasan.
Lokesh says, “Yes, Kalaiyarasan has been roped in to play another lead in the film; he plays Vani’s pair. We had many actors in mind and approached them, but they were apprehensive because the script gives equal weightage to all the actors. Some even wanted us to increase the length of their role. But Kalai read the script and immediately said ‘okay’. He wasn’t too concerned about the screen time as he’s aware of the importance of his character. We are glad that he came on board.”
Lokesh tells us that
Arrol Corelli has been roped in to compose the music. “We have PC Sreeram’s assistant
Gautham as the cinematographer. We will begin the shooting by mid-September. The test shoot is happening now,” he informs.
