Being a Malayalai, Kazan Khan started his cinema with Tamil
Being a Kerala-born actor, Kazan Khan made his acting debut with the 1992 film 'Senthamizh Paattu. The Tamil cinema industry, which has given a grand reception to several stars over the years, has also given a friendly welcome to Kazan Khan, who shot to fame by playing villain roles in back-to-back films. Kazan Khan had acted in almost 30 films in Tamil, and his last film in Tamil was the 2008 film 'Pattaya Kelappu'.

Entry to Malayalam films
After earning fame through Tamil movies, Kazan Khan made his Malayalam debut a year later with the 1993 film 'Gandharvam' in a supporting role. But Kazan Khan acted only in 13 films in Malayalam, and his last six films were released after his exit from Malayalam cinema. But the talented actor failed to make a big impact, and this made him lose his focus in cinema.

Exit from movies to concentrate on his business
As films didn't work out well, Kazan Khan decided to concentrate on his business and acted last in the 2015 Malayalam film 'Lailaa O Lailaa'. He was then reportedly running a business in his home state of Kerala. It was going smoothly for the actor until a few days ago, when he suffered a cardiac arrest and took his last breath on June 12.
