Stating 'Sirai' is a ‘silent blockbuster,’ Khushbu noted that 'Sirai' was a film that audiences should watch. She emphasized that the simple premise of the film was well told and well received by the audience.

Khushbu had complimentary words to say about Vikram Prabhu and took pride in his acting. As per her, the actor has evidently realized the enormity of the task and has given quite a restrained and bold performance. She also added that Vikram Prabhu’s performance restored the actor’s right to his lineage and family of actors, and she felt proud of him during his performance.
