, who has given blockbuster film like Gentleman, Kadhalan and Kadhal Desam has extended his support to music composer AR Rahman, who made a few shocking allegations on a gang working against him in the
Bollywood
. Interestingly,
AR Rahman
given hits songs in all of the above films produced by KT Kunjumon.
While Bollywood actress Kanagana Ranaut voiced her supports first for AR Rahman, followed by popular lyricist Vairamuthu. Now, producer KT Kunjumon, in a statement has said, "I am pained to see the news paper stories in the past few days. Mr Rahman has said that when he was wondering why he was missing some of the good movies he found there had been lobby, telling people not to go after Mr Rahman. As far as I am concerned Rahman is like my own brother. I am a person, proud of Rahman's growth. I have the right too."
"It is sad to know that in Bollywood, some people worked against his growth and it pains that such artist is ignored; is deplorable and is regrettable. I condemn their such act. It is the prerogative of Director and Producers to use the artists of their choice. But ignoring good artists and making mockery of them, obstructing their growth are not good act nor ethical," added Kunjumon.
"It is sad to see such news spreading about some one who is easily accessible. It is very sad for me to know that a person who made cine world proud through his songs has to go through all this," concluded KT Kunjumon.
