'LCU characters have a chance of returning': Nivin Pauly teases multi-film arc for Walter in Raghava Lawrence’s ‘Benz’

Nivin Pauly has dropped an exciting hint about his future in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). The Malayalam star, who is part of the upcoming film 'Benz,' shared that characters in the LCU often return in different films. He suggested a strong possibility for his character to appear again in future installments. LCU has been about creating different, unique characters who always have a chance of returning in other movies that are part of the franchise,' he said.“Because the character had this base of dark humour and needed a particular swag throughout the movie, I had this space to try out different iterations. I could push it to any extent, especially because I wasn’t playing the hero. So, it was more about discussing in depth with the director, being in sync with him and then carrying on," he explained.'Benz' is an important film in Nivin Pauly’s Tamil career. It marks his third straight Tamil project after 'Richie' and 'Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai,' directed by Ram. With this film, Nivin Pauly enters a big cinematic universe that connects multiple stories and characters. His role in 'Benz' might open more opportunities for him in LCU films and allow him to become part of the additional lore. Along with 'Benz,' Nivin Pauly is also busy with Malayalam cinema.
