'Leo' director Lokesh Kanagaraj gets injured during a theatre visit in Kerala

Lokesh Kanagaraj, the director of the recent release ‘Leo’ visited a theatre in Kerala to interact with fans, but unfortunately, he got injured. The director’s theatre visit attracted a large number of fans to the venue and in the crowd he reportedly got injured. As per the reports the injury is minor, and he is doing fine now.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, 'Leo' featuring Vijay in the lead is heading boldly at the box office, and the film has grossed over Rs 450 crore in a record time of just 5 days.

Even though 'Leo' is having a box office rampage across locations, the box office collection for the action drama looks super powerful in Kerala, and the film has earned over Rs 25 crore in 5 days from the state. To make 'Leo' more special for fans in Kerala and to thank for their response, Lokesh Kanagaraj planned to visit theatres across Kerala today (Oct 24).


In his post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the director said, "Thank you, Kerala, for your love.. Overwhelmed, happy, and grateful to see you all in Palakkad. Due to a small injury in the crowd, I couldn’t make it to the other two venues and the press meeting. I will certainly come back to meet you all in Kerala again soon. Till then continue enjoying #Leo with the same love.” He also posted a picture taken with fans at a theatre in Palakkad, Kerala.



Vijay plays a character of multiple shades in 'Leo' and the film packed with action and sentimental scenes has impressed audiences of all generations. The supporting stars of the film have also added power to the film, while Anirudh Ravichander delivered an outstanding musical experience with the film.
