hit screens. The film’s director Lokesh Kanagaraj took the opportunity to thank the audience by personally visiting them in one of the theatres in Chennai. A video of the director interacting with the audience in Rakki Cinemas has gone viral on the internet.

The director told the audience, “I am glad that you all have come to the theatre even on the 30th day. I thank you all for watching the film and making it a successful one. Don’t worry. I will sit and watch the entire film.” The director is also seen shaking hands with some of the fans here.

Master hit screens on January 13 on the special occasion of Pongal. The star cast for the film includes Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Arjun Das, Andrea Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Gouri G Kishan, Master Mahendran, Arun Alexander and Azhagam Perumal to name a few. Music for the film is by Anirudh Ravichander. Cinematography is by Sathyan Sooryan and editing is by Philomin Raj. Though the film was supposed to release last year, it got postponed due to coronavirus pandemic.
