'Love Insurance Kompany' box office collections day 16: Pradeep Ranganathan starrer sees slight rise; Collects Rs 57 lakhs

'Love Insurance Kompany' continues its decent theatrical run with steady numbers. On Day 16, the film collected Rs 57 lakhs net in India. This marks an improvement from Day 15, which recorded Rs 44 lakhs.

Daily collections have stayed under the Rs 1 crore mark for several days.


Fluctuating daily performance of 'LIK'


Reports from Sacnilk says that 'LIK' collected Rs 55 lakhs on Day 11. Day 12 saw a small rise to Rs 57 lakhs. Collections were at it's peak at Rs 60 lakhs on Day 13.

Day 14 witnessed a drop to Rs 48 lakhs and the decline continued on Day 15 with Rs 44 lakhs and day 16 showed a small recovery at Rs 57 lakhs.

Despite the fluctuations, 'Love Insurance Kompany' has built a solid total. The India net collection currently stands at Rs 41.18 crore.

In terms of gross earnings, the film has collected Rs 47.47 crore in India. Overseas markets have contributed Rs 11.10 crore. This takes the worldwide gross total to Rs 58.57 crore. India contributes 81.05 percent of the total. Overseas markets account for 18.95 percent.

Love Insurance Kompany is a science fiction romantic comedy. It is written and directed by Vignesh Shivan. The film stars Pradeep Ranganathan, S. J. Suryah, and Krithi Shetty in lead roles.

The story is set in 2040. It imagines a world where people fall in love through a dating app called LIK. The narrative follows a man who believes in natural love. He falls for a woman who trusts the app completely. This creates a conflict as he challenges the system.
