After multiple reschedulings, the much-anticipated film Love Insurance Kompany, directed by
Vignesh Shivan, is finally set to hit theatres on April 3, 2026. The film stars
Pradeep Ranganathan,
Krithi Shetty, and SJ Suryah in lead roles.
With the makers officially announcing the release date, excitement among audiences has soared. The film has already generated strong buzz, thanks to its novel premise and the credibility of its cast and crew.
‘LIK’ postponements and release date changes explained
Originally slated for a Diwali release on October 17, 2025, the film was postponed to avoid a box office clash with another Pradeep Ranganathan starrer, Dude. It was later rescheduled to December 18, 2025.
There were also speculations about a Valentine’s Day release, but no official confirmation followed at the time. After months of uncertainty, the makers have now locked April 3, 2026, as the final release date.
Sharing the update along with a new poster, the makers wrote, “It’s going to be a Good Friday – 3.4.2026.”

Apart from the lead trio, the film features a strong supporting cast including Gouri Kishan, Yogi Babu, Seeman, Shah Ra, Malavika, Mysskin, Anandaraj, and Sunil Reddy.
