Actress Kaveri who played one of the lead roles in 'Punnagai Poove' has now turned director and producer. We had earlier reported that the pretty actress will be making her directorial debut with a bilingual romantic psychological thriller starring Telugu actor Chethan Cheenu in the lead. Now, the latest is that popular
lyricist Viveka
has been roped into the lutilingual project.
Touted to be based on real-life incidents, the shooting of the film produced by K2K Productions is expected to commence soon. Interestingly, the music production for the film has already begun.
Kaveri also known as
Kalyani made her debut as a child artist in the Malayalam film industry and went to star in a number of movies in Malayalam and other south languages as well. Some of her notable performances in Tamil include 'Samudhiram', 'Kasi', 'Kannukkul Nilavu' and 'Punnagai Poove' among others.
