Mani Ratnam visits hospital for routine check-up, dismisses health rumours

Earlier today, reports were doing the rounds that the ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam has been admitted at

Apollo

hospital in Chennai following complaints of chest pain. However, sources close to the filmmaker have denied the rumours circulating on the internet.

According to Mani Ratnam’s spokesperson, he visited the hospital for a routine medical check-up and dismissed the reports that claimed that Ratnam suffered a heart attack.

Taking to Twitter, Nikhil Murugan, said, “Dir Maniratnam Visited Apollo hospital for a Regular Health Checkup. He is absolutely Fine.”



It all started when a certain section of the media reported that Mani Ratnam suffered a heart attack, after which he was admitted at the hospital.
