The film was supposed to hit screens a long time ago, but has been lying in the cans due to various reasons.Motta Shiva Ketta Siva is directed by Sai Ramani, who had earlier directed Singam Puli. The film is a remake of the Telugu film Pataas. The star cast includes Raghava Lawrence, Nikki Galrani and Sathyaraj.
