The story of 'Nadodigal' revolves around three friends who attempt to unite their friend with his lover against the wishes of both their families. 'Nadodigal', directed by Samuthirakani, was a blockbuster hit at the box office and the director started work on the sequel in 2018. With ‘Nadodigal 2’ releasing tomorrow, here are five reasons why you should watch the Samuthirakani directorial.

Lead roles being played by the talented Sasikumar and Anjali

The leads of the film Sasikumar and Anjali, will be seen in the roles of social reformers who fight against the politicians on some major issues. Sasikumar, who was last seen on screen in a special cameo in the Dhanush starrer 'Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta', is set to rock the big screens as the protagonist in the film. Meanwhile, the female lead, who had given a remarkable performance in the film 'Peranbu', is also here to impress the audience with her new avatar.

The X factor of Athulya Ravi’s presence

The beautiful actress Athulya Ravi will be reportedly seen in an important role in the film. While the makers have kept details of the actress’ role under the wraps, it is heard that the plot revolves around Athulya’s character. However, no one can tell yet as even the recently released trailer did not reveal anything about Athulya Ravi’s character.

Promising supporting roles

The film has a huge supporting star cast that includes Bharani, MS Baskar, Namo Narayanan, Gnanasambandam, Super Subbarayan, Sriranjani amongst others. The songs of the film have a mix of different genres and fans are received them well. Justin Prabhakaran has already given energetic background music for the trailer and teaser of the film, creating a strong character for the film.
