A surprise attraction came during the race weekend when Nayanthara and director Vignesh Shivan met Ajith in Dubai. Videos of this ‘meeting’ were soon posted on social media, showing Ajith greeting Nayanthara and even hugging her. This interaction went viral, as this was after years of speculation of a fallout between the two.

Vignesh Shivan’s last film before this was also in 2022, but he switched gears to shoot for 'Love Insurance Kompany,' which was wrapped up by April last year.
