Nikhila Vimal roped in to play the female lead in Arya's 'Run Baby Run'

Arya is one of the promising actors in Tamil cinema, and he comes up with unique films to impress the audience from time to time. Arya has now kickstarted a new film with director Jiyen Krishnakumar of 'Run Baby Run' fame, and the film began with a muhurat puja yesterday (Aug 7). Bankrolled by 'Mark Antony' makers, Arya's film with Jiyen Krishnakumar started rolling, and the team has reportedly opted for the rural areas in Ramanadapuram district for the film shoot. Reported to be a rural entertainer, Arya and Jiyen Krishnakumar's film is planned to be made in Tamil and Malayalam simultaneously, and the film is likely to be wrapped up in a short time.


Pictures from the muhurat puja of Arya's film with Jiyen Krishnakumar were shared by the makers. Murali Gopi, who is popular for his writing in 'Lucifer' and 'Empuraan', is also the writer for Jiyen Krishnakumar's directorial. The makers have reportedly roped in the recent sensational Nikhila Vimal, who recently grabbed the major attention through her role in 'Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil', as the female lead, and the gorgeous actress is pairing up with Arya for the first time.

Arya has also completed the work for Manu Anand's directorial 'Mr. X' and the post-production work for the action thriller is underway. Arya is sporting a different look for his new film from his long hair look in 'Mr. X', and the handsome hunk is back to his charming look.
