While most of the fans on social media assumed that she must have recovered from the deadly coronavirus, a certain section of fans seem to have been disturbed by her actions. Nivetha Thomas had gone to the theatres to watch her film 'Vakeel Saab', the Telugu remake of Hindi film 'Pink'.

The young and pretty actress had taken to her social networking page share her pictures from the theatre and captioned them, "I live for these moments.. Maatalu levu ?? #vakeelsaab" (sic)

When the fans started to troll Nivetha Thomas for her actions despite testing positive for COVID-19, the young actress has clarified that she had tested negative for the virus and that is why she went to the theatre. She has also added that she is not so irresponsible as to go to a movie theater otherwise and put others in danger.

All the confusion could have been avoided had Nivetha Thomas made a social media post on testing negative as well, just like she did when she was affected by COVID-19.
