Not 'Amaran', Dhanush praises THIS Diwali release

'Amaran' featuring Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role, has turned out to be the victorious film among the latest Diwali Tamil releases, and the film is winning praise from several cinema stars and politicians. But Dhanush has shared his praise for Dulquer Salman's Telugu film 'Lucky Bhaskar', which was also released for Diwali. It is worth mentioning that 'Lucky Bhaskar' director Venky Atluri last directed Dhanush's 'Vaathi' aka 'Sir', and this is the reason behind the latter's wish for Dulquer Salman's film. Dhanush, who made a special phone call to Venky Atluri, called 'Lucky Bhaskar' as "Vera level padam", and the director revealed the praise from his 'Vaathi' actor during his latest interaction with the Press and Media.

Directed by Venky Atluri, 'Lucky Bhaskar' features Dulquer Salman and Meenakshi Chaudhary in the main roles, and the film has also been released in Tamil and Malayalam dubbed versions. 'Lucky Bhaskar' is performing well at the box office across locations, and the film has surpassed Rs 70 crore worldwide in 6 days. 'Lucky Bhaskar' is about the story of a man who reveled in the luxury and wealth he gained through deceit until the harsh truth finally caught up with him. Dulquer Salman delivered a charismatic role, while Venky Atluri's engaging screenplay made the film more interesting.

Dulquer Salman, the popular Malayalam actor, opts to do straight films in Telugu and Tamil at regular intervals, and it's a hattrick of success for the actor in Telugu with 'Nadigaiyar Thilagam', 'Sita Ramam', and 'Lucky Bhaskar'.
