Kenishaa calls Ravi Mohan as bigger and best actor
In a press interaction, reflecting on the film, Kenishaa made a bold statement about Ravi Mohan’s screen presence and contribution during the press interaction after the film. “Whether he plays a hero or a villain, the movie would run in theatres only because of him,” she said, adding that she did not feel the presence of any “bigger actor” overshadowing his role. Emphasising the effort behind his performance, she noted that Ravi Mohan had worked intensively on the character for nearly six months.
“After watching the film, I get the impression that the movie has been made just for him,” she remarked. Summing up her admiration, Kenishaa added, “Evergreen, ever best. He is number one in this movie.”
From initial discomfort to total dominance
Kenishaa also candidly spoke about her emotional response to seeing Ravi Mohan in a villain’s role. She admitted she found it difficult to regard him as a bad character, particularly in the movie's first half. However, she changed her mind as the film progressed. According to her, no one but Ravi Mohan could own the second half of the film, a statement that shows the depth and importance of a character in the latter part of the film. Her review has been a topic of discussion among fans, a majority of whom have agreed with her regarding his role as an antagonist in the film.
