Parvathi Thiruvothu who made her Tamil debut with Poo is someone who never hesitates to express her mind. Known for her opinions and bold stand on issues, she has now shared a childhood picture of hers and stated that she was scared of the camera as a kid.
She posted, “I was scared of the camera. I wouldn’t stop crying. The lens was a strange all-seeing deep eye that pointed at me.
After several failed attempts, I somehow managed to unglue myself from my mother and bravely stood there. Alone. Wide eyed. Petrified. Won’t back down. How did that smile creep up there? I was fooled, people! They told me GEMS (the chocolate, not stones) would pop out of the mysterious eye if I smiled! All that popped out of this exercise was this. The proof of the creepiest expression of bravery that I mastered at such a tender age. Strange, I still wear it like a bawse!” She added, “I love that I have vivid memories of the day even now. And I miss that frock. 🔆”
Parvathy, who was last seen in Tamil in Bangalore Naatkal, remake of hit Malayalam film, Bangalore Days and she was also part of Kamal Haasan’s Uttama Villain. She is awaiting the release of SivaranjiniyumInnum Sila Pengalum, an anthology film, directed by Vasanth to release in theatres. The low-budget film has been getting rave reviews in film circuits.
