Meanwhile, the release of Suriya's next film 'Soorarai Pottru' was also affected due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The film, which is directed by Sudha Kongara is based on the life story of Air Deccan founder AR Gopinath, is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment in association with Sikhya Entertainment. The film features Aparna Balamurali, Mohan Babu, Jackie Shroff, Karunas and Kali Venkat amongst others, and it has music scored by GV Prakash Kumar.
