Prabhudheva
seems to be shifting his focus to south films of late. Buzz is that he will be teaming up with director
Karthik Subbaraj for a film that will have Kannada actress
Samyuktha Hegde as the female lead.
Karthik was supposed to start his film with Dhanush, but it is unclear whether he will begin work with Prabhu or
Dhanush first. A source says, “Karthik and Prabhudheva are doing a film. Right now, only this is confirmed.”
While there were speculations about Karthik putting his film with Dhanush on hold, putting rumours to rest, Dhanush, in an earlier interview to us, had cleared the air saying, “the film hasn’t been dropped and will begin shooting from October.”
