Golden Globes
. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) will screen the film for a global premiere on October 6, 2016 at Los Angeles, California. Produced by
Prabhu Deva and
Amala Paul, the film features Prakash Raj, Sriya Reddy and Ashok Selvan in the lead roles.
Sila Samayangalil is a film about AIDS awareness based on eight characters as they wait for the blood test result and their backstories. It is to be noted that Sila Samayangalil is the only one from India which made the cut, alongside nine other shortlists.
