Rajinikanth's 'Vettaiyan' has a special moment for Suriya fans

Rajinikanth's 'Vettaiyan' has been released in theatres, and the film is receiving overwhelming responses from audiences. Fans of all actors have been enjoying the release of Rajinikanth's film, and the film received solid occupancy for morning shows despite a working day release. Fans have been sharing special moments from 'Vettaiyan' on social media as videos captured from the film's screening surfaced on the internet. TJ Gnanavel, who shot to fame with 'Jai Bhim' featuring Suriya, has expressed gratitude for the friendly actor through a thanks card in 'Vettaiyan'. Along with Suriya, TJ Gnanavel thanked actors Prakash Raj and Manikandan as they played major roles alongside Suriya in 'Jai Bhim'.

It is worth mentioning that TJ Gnanavel earlier expressed his gratitude for Suriya at the audio launch of 'Jai Bhim' as his film with Rajinikanth couldn't have happened without his help. TJ Gnanavel credited Suriya for the success of 'Jai Bhim', and the former was supposed to sign his next with the latter. But TJ Gnanavel received a call from Superstar Rajinikanth for collaboration, and Suriya allowed the former with a happy face for the film, which has now been delivered as 'Vettaiyan'.

Suriya's 'Kanguva' was the first film, which was announced to release on October 10, but Raijnikanth's 'Vettaiyan' then locked the date. Suriya's film then stepped back from October 10 with due respect to Superstar Rajinikanth, and the former expressed his fondness for the senior actor. Rajinikanth has also thanked Suriya for his kind heart, and postponing 'Kanguva' for 'Vettaiyan'.
