Rajiv Menon, the cinematographer-filmmaker, whose last film as a director was Kandukondain Kandukondain in 2000, is all set to make a comeback as a filmmaker. According to sources, Rajiv has zeroed in on GV Prakash to play the lead, and has asked AR Rahman to score music for the film, which will be in Tamil. A source says, Rajiv narrated the script to Rahman, and he was impressed with it. Both Rahman and GV recently signed on the dotted lines, and the shoot will start in two months time. Rajiv apparently worked on this script for more than three years, putting in a lot of research before finalising a version.
