Reflections on young talent

During one such college event, RJ Balaji shared his observations about working with young talent. As per Nakkheeran, he mentioned that his team includes assistant directors and writers as young as 22 or 23. Some of them directed parts of the film within just three or four months. Balaji compared this with his own 14-year-old son, noting that even his son noticed the same kind of stress in creative work.
