. Now, the young actress, who has been active on social media, took to her social networking to share the story of the harassment and abuse she faced from a person.
Sanam Shetty had apparently made a police complaint after she received death threats from an individual. Sharing details about the harassment, Sanam Shetty posted, "Initially I turned a blind eye to it intil the harassment excalted to messages on my private number also threatening my family. Offender seemed to have gathered my personal information. An official complaint was filed and the offender identified as
Roy John Paul
was tracked down very promptly by the
CHennai Police
. Necessary actions are being taken now to find out about his motive."
"T everyone out there who face similar situation I will say this - "It's NOT OF to put up with Harassment of any sorts. Speak up, get help. Your actions will help others too." The police are very proactive and helpful," added Sanam.
"Thanks to all of you who have supported me with kinds words which have given me strength in the past few days," concluded Sanam Shetty.
