Senathypathy is back! 'Indian 2' shoot resumes today in Chennai

Kamal Haasan and director Shankar's one of the most anticipated films, 'Indian 2', after facing several toumoils hasa finally started rolling today in Chennai almost after 2 years, and the makers have confirmed it by releasing a new poster. It is said that the makers took help from another production house in order to resume the high-budget drama, accordingly, the film has started its shoot today. Director Shankar has announced the commencement of the 'Indian 2' shooting asking good wishes and blessing from fans.


Kamal Haasan will join the shooting of 'Indian 2' from September and welcomed the new production house for their association with the film. Kamal Haasan is currently in the US to prepare for his elderly look as Senathypathy for the film, and he is in discussion with Hollywood professionals regarding the makeover. Almost all the main stars have been retained by the makers, the cinematographer Ravi Varman has been replaced while Rathnavelu and Anl Arasu are added as a stunt masters.

The shooting of 'Indian 2' will be happening in a film city in Chennai, while Kajal Aggarwal and Bobby Simha sequences are planned to be shot first. Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, and Priya Bhavani Shankar will be joining the film set in the upcoming days, and fans are excited to see a picture from the sets of 'Indian 2'. Anirudh Ravichander is retained as the composer, and the film is expected to hit big screens in 2023.
