Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar has turned his head towards Tamil cinema, and he is set to deliver multiple big performances in Tamil films. Rajinikanth's 'Jailer' will mark Shiva Rajkumar's debut in Tamil, while Dhanush's 'Captain Miller' is going to be the Kannada actor's second release in Tamil. Shiva Rajkumar, who has been traveling along with Dhanush and 'Captain Miller' for over six months, has completed shooting for his portion of the film. 'Captain Miller' team has reportedly given a grand send-off for the Kannada actor. We can get an official update from the 'Captain Miller' makers regarding the latest report soon with a poster featuring Shiva Rajkumar.
Shiva Rajkumar will be seen as Dhanush's elder brother in 'Captain Miller', which is directed by Arun Matheswaran, and the on-screen brothers will be seen battling with the British in the film that is set in the pre-Independence period. Expected to be packed with action sequences, the film also has Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, Nivedhithaa Sathish, John Kokken, and Daniel Balaji among others in important roles. Dhanush's first look from 'Captain Miller' is set to be unveiled in the final week of June, while the film's teaser is locked to release on July 28 for the occasion of the lead actor's birthday.
The makers of 'Captain Miller' are planning to release the film in October during a holiday weekend, and we can expect the first look poster to have the exact release date.
