Siddhi Idnani is Silambarasan's pair in Gautham Menon's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu

, directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, has got its female lead! The director has roped in actress Siddhi Idnani, who has done a couple of films in Telugu, as the heroine of his film, which is said to be an action drama.

Gautham Menon's movies are known for their presentation of the female characters. Siddhi Idnani, a Mumbai-based actress, has shot to fame for her graceful appearances in the Telugu movies Jamba Lakidi Pamba, Prema Katha Chithram 2, and Anukunnadi Okati Ayinadi Okati. Like Gautham's other female lead characters, Siddhi's Paavai is also said to be a strong and intense role.

Currently, the crew is shooting major portions in Chennai following which, the final schedule is planned in Mumbai.
