is having a comeback of sorts. After a few back to back not so good films, Simbu is currently working in
Mani Ratnam's 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam'. He has a line up of interesting films including
Gautham Menon's VTV 2. After speculations that the star actor would be teaming up with director
Venkat Prabhu next, the latest buzz is that Simbu might be doing a film with Karthick Naren of Dhruvangal Pathinaaru fame.
Simbu has heard a script from the critically acclaimed director Karthick Naren and has given a thumbs up to the film, but the project is yet to be confirmed. Simbu has earlier agreed to do a film for Vijaya Productions. Since Karthick Naren has gone all in with his film 'Naragasooran' and awaiting it's release, a film by Kartick Naren starring Simbu in Vijaya Productions is on the cards.
An official announcement on the project is awaited.
