January 25 is going to be a busy weekend for Tamil cinema fans as they are set to witness four new releases, including a dubbed film. 'Singapore Saloon'
The comedian turned hero RJ Balaji, who has delivered a series of successful films as a lead, is set to deliver his next film, titled 'Singapore Saloon'. Directed by Gokul, the emotional drama will have RJ Balaji and Meenakshi Chaudhary in the lead roles, and the film will address the inspirational journey of a hairstylist. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj and actor Jiiva are appearing in special roles, and their additions have excited fans.

'Blue Star'
Directed by Jayakumar, 'Blue Star' features Ashok Selvan, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, and Keerthi Pandian in the lead roles, and the film is set against a cricket backdrop. It's going to be a unique sports drama unlike previous cricket films in Tamil, and the director has grouped a promising team for the film. Govind Vasantha scored the music, while the cinematography was handled by Thamizh Azhagan.

'Thookudurai'
Yogi Babu, the popular comedy actor of Tamil cinema, is also delivering regular films as a lead, and his next release will be this week's Tamil release, 'Thookudurai'. Directed by Dennis Manjunath, 'Thookudurai' is a comedy entertainer, and the film has a stellar star cast that includes Yogibabu, Ineya, Motta Rajendran, Mahesh Subramaniyan, Sendrayan, Bala Saravanan, Namo Narayanan, Kumki Ashwin, and Marimuthu, among others. Manoj takes care of the music, while the cinematography and editing are done, respectively, by Ravi Varma and Deepak Dwarakanth.

'Malaikottai Valiban'
Mohanlal, the leading Malayalam actor, is delivering his next film titled 'Malaikottai Valiban' for the Republic Day weekend. The Malayalam film of the actor is also releasing in the dubbed Tamil version, and the beloved Malayalam actor is set to have a stronghold at the Tamil Nadu box office. Directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, 'Malaikottai Valiban' features Sonalee Kulkarni, Hareesh Peradi, Manoj Moses, and Katha Nandi in crucial roles, alongside Mohanlal in the main role.
