Sivakarthikeyan congratulates and gifts Ilaiyaraaja as the music legend is set to unveil his first-ever symphony in London

Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja, the legendary composer who has mesmerized generations with his music, continues to leave an indelible mark on the industry. Now, marking a new milestone in his illustrious career, Ilaiyaraaja is set to unveil his first-ever symphony in London on March 8. In anticipation of this grand event, actor Sivakarthikeyan recently visited the maestro’s office to personally extend his congratulations and present him with a special gift. As the legendary composer prepares for his upcoming symphony, many have come forward to honor him. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin personally visited Ilaiyaraaja’s residence in T. Nagar, Chennai, to felicitate him. During the visit, he draped a shawl over the composer and presented him with a commemorative gift as a mark of respect. The two shared a brief conversation, a moment that was widely appreciated by fans and well-wishers. Following this, Sivakarthikeyan also met Ilaiyaraaja in person, sought his blessings, and expressed his admiration for the iconic musician.

The symphony, remarkably completed in just 35 days, is expected to be a groundbreaking achievement in Asian music history. Acknowledging this, Sivakarthikeyan presented Ilaiyaraaja with a bouquet and a yazh as a symbolic gift. The heartwarming moment was captured on video and has since gone viral. Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan, fresh off the success of Amaran, is currently busy working on his upcoming films, Madrasi and Parasakthi.
