Small joys are the biggest joys of life: Shreya Ghoshal

Singer Shreya Ghoshal took to her Instagram account about how she is having the time of her life staying at

home

during monsoon. The Neethanae singer said that she is usually away during monsoon time for concert tours and that she is getting to experience all small joys during this time.

Posting a series of pictures, Shreya said, "After eons I am home during monsoons. This time of the year I am usually on long concert tours, away for months, missing out on all the lush greens, blues and the dark greys that the rains bring.. My verandah has become my happy space since the lockdown and I have been trying to make the most of my stay at home life by bringing the outdoors indoor. My plants are eagerly waiting for the rains so am I. I have found so much joy in patiently waiting to see a sapling emerge from the soil, or a new baby leaf unfurl or to see these stunning flowers giving me surprises each morning as it emerges on a new branch."

She also added, "Small joys are the biggest joys of life. We tend to ignore the sweet experiences which are surrounding us all the time and instead search for happiness in ambitious maddening rat race of life. Learning everyday to pause and breath. Sending you all positive happy vibes. ♥️" (sic) With so much happening around, I think all of us need some positive vibes right now, don't we? And her post and pictures have definitely brightened up our day!
