Soorarai Pottru actor KK talks about fitness regime that helped him play his role in the film
As much as the roles played by Suriya and Aparna Balamurali in the recently released ‘
Today, in a social media post, the actor has shared a note on what went into physical transformation to prepare for the role. He has mentioned that a lot of people have been asking him about it and that has made him share this note with his followers on social media. According to the post, he had a strict fitness regime every single day. He would get up at 2.30am, work out till 4.30am and headed for the shoot only after that. He has written about the importance of eating clean. He has mentioned that eating clean also helped him a lot to stay in shape.
The film has been getting a lot of positive reviews from fans and critics alike. The film is based on the life events of Air Deccan founder Captain GR Gopinath aka Captain Gopinath.

KK’s looks in the film and his actress prowess in combination did great justice to the role he played.
