Soori expresses his gratitude to the 'Garudan' team for the film's blockbuster success

Soori, recently delivered 'Garudan', and the film helmed by Durai Senthilkumar was released in theatres on May 31. The rural entertainer emerged as a huge as it earned positive reviews from critics and audiences. Soori has now expressed his gratitude to the 'Garudan' team as they have given the actor another blockbuster film. Soori has felicitated director Durai Senthilkumar, composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, and cinematographer Arthur Wilson for 'Garudan' with a garland respectively, and the pictures of the 'Garudan' actor went viral on the internet.


Soori was seen with a happy face as the blockbuster success of 'Garudan' cemented his place as a hero, and he will continue to act as a lead. Soori earlier thanked Sasikumar and Unni Mukundan for playing supporting roles in 'Garudan', and their roles have added power to the film. Soori proved his skills well through the rural entertainer and he impressed the audience with his onscreen character. Directed by Durai Senthilkumar, the story of 'Garudan' was written by Vetri Maaran, and the National Award-winning director shined as a writer.

'Garudan' has successfully entered into the second week today (June 7), and the film has grossed around Rs 21 crore so far to become a profitable project for the makers. 'Garudan' has retained most of its screens for the second weekend, and the film is expected to peak well during the second weekend.
