But it seems it's not the same for the makers as in a recent interview, Suresh Kamatchi has explained about the 'Maanaadu' business and shared that 'Maanaadu' has turned out to be a profitable venture for all distributors and rights holders. But the film did not gain profit for the producer because Silambarasan's last film didn't do well at the box office.
