Suriya unveils 'Uriyadi 2' motion poster as film goes on floors today

We had reported that '

Uriyadi 2

', a sequel of the political thriller will go on floors today. Getting fans all hyped up for the film, Suriya, who is producing the movie, unveiled the first look motion poster.


The sequel will have Vijay Kumar, directing and playing the lead in the film. Kerala based Vismaya will be making her Tamil debut with this film along with Sudhakar of '

Madras Central

' fame. The film has music composed by Govind Vasantha of '96' fame.

Talking about the film, co-producer Rajasekar Pandian says "We look for subjects that are both entertaining and carry a social message. We were having a discussion with Vijay and he mentioned that he had a sequel in mind. The sequel will carry a strong social message, just like the first part. We will begin shooting for the film in Thenkasi from today."
