After the recent death hoax of legendary singer S Janaki, actor Vjiay seems to be at the receiving end of another hoax. This time though it was fake
bomb threat
at the star actor's home in Chennai. Reports are that an anonymous call made to the police control room claimed that
Vijay’s house in
Saligramam
, Chennai, has been planted with a bomb.
It is known that actor Vijay no longer stay in his Saligramam house and is spending the lockdown with his family in his residence at ECR. The police had apparently rushed to the building and conducted a thorough search after receiving the bomb threat call around midnight.
Reports have emerged that the caller has been traced and found to be a mentally challenged individual from Villuppuram. A similar incident happened last month when superstar Rajinikanth's house also got a bomb threat by an unidentified person.
On the work front, Vijay is awaiting the release of his 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and also starring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead.
