'Thangalaan' actor Sampath Ram injured in a road accident

Directed by Pa. Ranjith, the Vikram starrer 'Thangalaan' was recently released and has been receiving a positive response from audiences, particularly for its engaging storyline and strong performances. One standout performance in the film comes from actor Sampath Ram, who played a pivotal role and managed to capture the audience's attention with his impressive acting. However, in an unexpected turn of events, shocking news emerged that Sampath Ram was involved in a car accident. While traveling near Guindy, Chennai, his car was struck by a lorry, causing significant damage to the back of the vehicle. According to reports from Indiaglitz Tamil, Sampath Ram miraculously escaped with only minor injuries and returned home after receiving first aid. The local police have registered a case and are currently investigating the accident, though there has been no official statement from Sampath Ram regarding his injuries or the incident.

Sampath Ram is well-known in the Tamil film industry for his compelling performances in villainous and supporting roles. He began his career with a Doordarshan series and made his film debut as a sub-inspector in the Shankar-directed 'Mudhalvan.'
