Trisha begins shooting for 'The Road' with a first-look poster

Trisha celebrated her 39th birthday on May 4, with actors and admirers in the film fraternity wishing the gorgeous actress on her special day. The actress also took to social media on this special day, to announce that the shooting of her upcoming film '

Trisha announced this with a first-look poster, in which she is seen standing beside a jeep with a solemn expression on her face. "Revenge in 462 km," the poster read, which sees the 'Ponniyin Selvan' actress in an intriguing avatar. The film also stars Shabeer of '

Dancing Rose

' fame from 'Sarpatta Parambarai'. The film has been directed by Arun Vaseegaran, with the music being composed by Sam CS.

The actress will also next be seen in Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan', which co-stars Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sarath Kumar, Jayam Ravi, and many others.
