Trisha has paired up again with actor Vijay in 'Leo' after 15 years, and she will be seen in a distinct avatar in the gangster drama. Meanwhile, Trisha, who has impressed one and all with her character of Princess Kundavai in 'Ponniyin Selvan 2," was on a break from the 'Leo' shoot due to the promotions of Mani Ratnam's directorial. After promoting the historical drama for over two weeks, Trisha resumed the shooting of 'Leo' yesterday (May 6). The 'Leo' team surprised the actress with a cake as she turned a year older on May 4 to celebrate her 40th birthday.
The 'Leo' team celebrated Trisha's birthday grandly on their set, and we can expect the makers to reveal the official stills from the birthday bash soon. Earlier on May 4, the makers of 'Leo' unveiled an unseen still of Vijay and Trisha from the set to wish the actress.
The current schedule of 'Leo' will be happening in Chennai for another few weeks, and the team will reportedly next move to Hyderabad to film the climax in a film city. Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, and Mansoor Ali Khan are expected to join Vijay and Trisha during the current schedule, while the makers keep Arjun Sarja's role in the film a secret. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the music of 'Leo' is taken care of by Anirudh Ravichander, while the cinematography is handled by Manoj Paramahamsa.
