Varalaxmi Sarathkumar to work with director Dayal Padmanabhan again after 'Kondraal Paavam'

Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is currently shooting for her film ‘Kondraal Paavam’ which is directed by Dayal Padmanabhan. The film features Santhosh Prathap alongside Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. As the movie shooting is nearing its end, the director and the actress have once again teamed up for an untitled film that will be premiered on the digital platform.

According to reports, the new film will feature Varalaxmi Sarathkumar playing the role of a cop and the cast includes Arav, Mahat Raghavendra, Subramaniam Siva, and Sundar Raj in supporting roles. The movie is billed as a crime thriller and it will be narrated as a non-linear film. Reportedly the story of the film focuses on a cat-and-mouse game between the cops and the crimes that happen in Bengaluru. The film went on floors last week and the second scheduled shooting of the movie will be happening in Chennai.

On the work front, Varalaxmi was last seen in the movie ‘Yashoda’ and she has seven more projects in the pipeline that she is filming for in Tamil and Telugu.
