The much-anticipated trailer of Gautham Vasudev Menon and Silambarasan's 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' is out now. The grand trailer and audio launch was graced by many celebrities, music composer of the film AR Rahman also made memorable performance.
'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' is about a life journey of a man, and it's going to be a distinct film from the duo. The trailer gave us a slice of Muthu's life and the endeavours he takes. With a surprise look of STR being revealed in the end, the fans are sure to love this trailer. The trailer ends with the tagline 'Part 1: The Kindling', suggesting a part can be expected. The film is scheduled to release on September 15th.
Speaking at the event, director Gautham Menon says, "The part 2 of the film will be taken depending on the response of this film. There is a base story, once if this becomes successfull will start work for part 2."
Bankrolled by Vels Film International, the film also has veteran actress Radikaa Sarathkumar and Siddhi Idnani in crucial roles. Radikaa will be playing the role of Simbu's mother in this rural action drama, whose story has been written by acclaimed writer Jeyamohan. The movie also has Angelina Abraham and Neeraj Madhav in important roles.
