Directed by TJ Gnanavel, Rajinikanth essays a cop in 'Vettaiyan' and it's going to be a classy and massy avatar from the Superstar actor as he takes a dual-shaded character. Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh, and VJ Rakshan among others play key roles, and the film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. SR Kathir handled the cinematography, while the editing was handled by Philomin Raj.
