However, the stunning picture has not gone down well with her fans and the picture attracted a nasty comment from a fan. When is ur divorce?," the fan questioned. This comment has certainly irked the actress and she has given a befitting reply to that fan."
"I have been asked questions like when is a divorce. Was it because I was in a swimsuit? Get out of the 1920s and come into 2021. No problem with these negative comments. But the problem is our way of thinking as a community. If a woman's dress is the reason for her divorce, shouldn't all those who dress properly be happy in their married life?," the actress replies.
She furthermore adds, "I am lucky to have a husband who has no fear. Like me, he has different beliefs and ethics. He just said ignore it without answering. But I could not go on like that. I cannot change the narrow, toxic attitude of those who show hatred, or the overly reactionary view of life. I hope that the women in your life will stand up to you against the way you view women and the uniqueness they have, with gender discrimination, oppressive views, and utter contempt. Live, let live."
Vidyu Raman is currently concentrating on her Telugu films, and she is yet to sign her next Tamil film.
