Vijay Sethupathi to head to Malaysia and Thailand!

Actor Vijay Sethupathi is teaming up with director Arun Kumar for the third time after 'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' and 'Sethupathi'. While the first schedule of the film was completed recently in Tenkasi, the team is set to head to Malaysia and Thailand for a 35-day schedule. To be produced by SN Rajaraja's K Productions and Yuvan Shankar Raja's YSR Films, the film stars Anjali as the female lead, who is working with Vijay Sethupathi after ‘Iraivi’.
Vijay Sethupathi will be leaving to Malaysia along with his son Surya, who plays a pivotal role in the film. The film is said to be shot on a lavish budget. Actors Linga and Vivek Prasanna are said to be playing important roles, while Yuvan Shankar Raja will be handling the music. Vijay Karthik Kannan will be cranking the camera.
Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi is awaiting the release of the gangster comedy ‘Junga’, directed by Gokul. He will also be making his Telugu debut with the Chiranjeevi-starrer ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. Vijay, who is currently shooting for Mani Ratnam’s ‘Chekka Chivantha Vaanam’, has films like ‘Super Deluxe’, ‘Seethakaathi’ and ‘96’ under his belt.
