Late last month,
Vishnu Vishal took to social media to announce that he suffered nerve compression and hurt his spinal cord. He had injured himself when he was shooting was
Kaadan
, in his upcoming film directed by Prabhu Solomon.
He posted saying, "Its gonna b 4 week rest n treatment :( need all ur support n blessings ..hav damaged the disc in the spine in neck area...neck pain is excruciating :Radiating pain in to the hands..difficult days...( hopin to recover soon n get bak to work." (sic).
And now, Vishnuu again took to Twitter to say that he's switched to Varmam therapy to treat his neck and back. "hi all..it was c5 c6 disc prolapse in d neck..nerve pinchin caused tremendous pain in d arm, shoulder n entire left upperbody ..because of the impact entire spine was strained...takin VARMAM therapy.. 50% better... guess wil take some more time..thnk u al for d prayers." (sic).
'Kaadan' revolves around the relationship between man and elephant. The Hindi version is being shot simultaneously. The film also stars Pulkit Samrat and Kalki Koechlin. Rana Daggubati plays a 50-year-old man in the film. Shanthanu Moitra is the composer of the film.
