ST Sharan
’s film, which has
Udhaya and
Vidaarth
in the lead roles, got the permission to use the iconic title
Agni Natchathram
for their project. The latest about this movie is that
Vivekh
will be seen essaying a cameo in it.
Vivekh says, “I was more than happy to accept it as I share a great bonding with Udhaya that has lasted for 20 years. My role comes at a crucial point in the story.” Vivekh had played the comedian in Udhaya’s debut film, Thirunelveli.
According to Udhaya, the senior actor will be essaying the role of a doctor. He says, “We wanted someone like Vivekh sir as the particular role leaves a message, too. When someone like him gives a message, it will reach more people.”
The film, which has Smruthi Venkat, Sri Pallavi, Chaams and others, has completed 60 per cent of its shoot. The team will commence shooting the remaining portions from December 16 in Chennai, followed by shoots in Yelagiri and Vellore. Billed as a crime thriller, it will have Udhaya and Vidaarth appearing in two looks.
